Welcome to Planithic. By accessing or using the Planithic mobile application or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account Registration
- You may create an account using a username and password or by signing in with Google.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
- Upload malicious content, spam, or infringing material

4. User Content
- You retain ownership of all data and content you create within Planithic (including tasks, notes, progress, and analytics).
- By using the Service, you grant Planithic a limited license to store and process your content solely for providing core functionality.
- You are solely responsible for the content you create and manage within the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, source code, and branding, is owned by Planithic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Account Termination & Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time through the My Profile section of the Service.
- Upon deletion, all personal data, progress, tasks, habits, analytics, and associated information will be permanently and irreversibly removed.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Planithic integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Planithic is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planithic and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
